Will the initial clean take longer than regular ones?
Yes — the first clean usually takes a little longer. This is because we’re not yet familiar with your home, and no matter how recently it was last cleaned, we need to establish a proper routine and clean each area thoroughly so it can be well maintained going forward.
The initial clean can be arranged using your pre-agreed hours and a priority list, or with a little extra time added if needed. Once your home is up to our standard, we’ll move into your regular schedule
How long do regular cleans take?
Every home is different. The time it takes depends on your home’s size and layout, how it’s lived in, and what areas are included in your regular schedule.
After your initial clean, we’ll have a much clearer idea of how long each visit will take and can keep things consistent moving forward.
Are pets at home OK?
Absolutely! We love pets. As long as your pet is comfortable with new people and cleaning noises (like vacuums), they’re welcome to stay home.
What’s included in a regular clean?
Your regular clean covers your agreed areas — typically kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, hoovering, and mopping. We follow a personalised checklist for your home, so everything is completed to your exact preferences.
How often are regular cleans?
Most clients have weekly or fortnightly cleans, depending on their lifestyle. Fortnightly tends to be our most popular schedule, as it keeps homes looking their best without much buildup.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No — we bring everything needed, including vacuums, mops, and eco-conscious products with no harsh chemical smells. If you’d rather we use your own, just let us know.

One Off / Deep Cleaning
What’s included in a one-off or deep clean?
Our one-off cleans are a full top-to-bottom service designed to refresh your home. We’ll clean all areas thoroughly, including bathrooms, kitchens, skirting boards, floors, and high-reach cobwebs. It’s ideal before hosting guests, after renovations, or simply for a reset.
How long does a one-off or move-in/out clean take?
This depends on the size and condition of the property. Because we clean more thoroughly than a regular maintenance clean, it typically takes longer. We’ll provide an estimated duration and cost based on the number of rooms and level of build-up.
Can I book a one-off clean without becoming a regular client?
Absolutely. You can book a one-off clean anytime — there’s no ongoing commitment required. However, many clients choose to move to a regular schedule afterwards once they see the results.
